In the reaction below, which reactant is the limiting reagent?
Why: convert both reactants to moles first — the one producing less product runs out first.
Counsolero is an Instructure integration partner and a member of The Edtech Collective, Instructure’s partner ecosystem. It integrates with Canvas LMS, part of the Instructure Learning Platform.
A single OAuth handshake. We never see your password. Courses, syllabi, assignments, and due dates sync.
It ingests every syllabus, indexes the assignments, and builds a picture of where you are in each class — without you having to tell it.
It helps you plan and prioritize your coursework, generating study resources tailored to your grades and assignments.
Not generic practice sets. Counsolero builds them from the syllabus, readings, and assignments already in your Canvas account — so what you revise is what you'll actually be marked on.

Counsolero is FERPA-aligned by construction. Your conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest, never used to train AI models, and never sold. You own your work — export it, delete it, take it with you.
Built to teach,
not to answer.
Other AI tools give you answers. Counsolero guides you through solutions and concepts — walking alongside you as you work, not ahead of you.
The goal is real understanding — concepts that stick, preparing you for the next assignment and the next course.
Every answer is grounded in your actual course material — your syllabus, your readings, your professor's notes. A Sources panel shows you exactly what informed the response, so nothing arrives as a black box.
When your professor marks something as a quiz or exam, Counsolero tutors the concepts instead of handing you the answers, so your academic integrity stays intact.
Three days out, it helps you outline. The night before, it helps you tighten. Once the grade lands, it pivots to your next most important assignment.
Counsolero is an AI study companion for students. It connects to your Canvas account and turns your own coursework — assignments, files, pages, modules, and the syllabus — into tutoring chat, practice quizzes, flashcards, and study guides. Answers are grounded in the material your course actually assigned, rather than in general model knowledge.
You authorize the connection yourself through Canvas, and Counsolero syncs the course content you already have access to. Nothing is written back to Canvas — Counsolero does not submit assignments, post to discussions, or change your grades. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, and export or delete your data whenever you want.
No. Counsolero never uses your personal information, your Canvas data, your chat history, your uploaded files, or any other content you provide to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark AI models — ours or anyone else's. The AI providers Counsolero uses publish terms committing not to use customer inputs for model training, and those terms apply to our use of their services.
Counsolero is an independent tool you connect to your own Canvas account. It reads your education records only at your direction, through Canvas's own sign-in, and does not act as a school official on behalf of your school. Education records are never used for marketing or advertising, never used to build profiles for behavioral advertising, and never sold. Every AI call made on your behalf is logged with per-call metadata. You can download that log from Export My Data. The full detail is in the FERPA Transparency Notice.
Counsolero has a free tier, and it is the entry point — you can connect Canvas and start studying without paying. Schools that want to sponsor access for their students can arrange that directly through the contact page.
Counsolero targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance. Our own audit in October 2026 found six WCAG 2.1 criteria we do not yet meet, and we are fixing them. Our Accessibility Conformance Report is being reissued. If you hit a barrier, the Accessibility page explains how to report it and what response to expect.
